Digital products
Check each product listing for its price, available sizes, customization controls and delivery. A still template provides PNG exports; a video template provides silent 15-second MP4 exports. Still and video access are separate purchases. No physical product, editable source file or music recording is included unless the listing explicitly says so.
Payment and access
Prices are shown in US dollars. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Stripe processes checkout. Paid access is granted after payment is confirmed, and is tied to the RecordBox account used for the purchase. Pending, canceled or failed payments do not grant paid access. Sign in to the same account to recover a purchase.
Customization and downloads
Use the listed controls to apply your release artwork and text. Authored design elements remain fixed unless a control is offered. You are responsible for having permission to use the content you upload. Your purchase gives reusable access to the acquired template version for its stated customization and export features. Keep your own copies of finished files in Photos or Files.
Help with a purchase
If payment, access or delivery goes wrong, contact RecordBox Support with your order reference. Do not send card details, passwords or sign-in codes. Refund requests are handled through support and applicable law; this information does not limit your statutory rights. Deleting your account does not itself request a refund.
